is the ai's energy use worth it?
one scan uses roughly 0.002 kg CO₂-e — about the same as an led light running for a few minutes. a single beef burger produces around 3–4 kg CO₂-e. if a scan helps you swap beef for chicken even occasionally, the emissions saved are roughly 1,500× greater than the cost of running the ai.
how accurate are the scores?
scores are ai estimates based on general environmental data, not certified audits. use them as a guide for relative comparisons, not exact figures.
is my data stored?
receipt photos are sent to the ai for analysis and are not stored on our servers. your account stores only your email and a count of scans used.
how do i get pro?
